Ruby documentation

Native Ruby extension (magnus + rb-sys) wrapping the Confium engine. Composite sign + verify, transparency log, PKI + CMS, threshold sessions, attributes DSL. Hard-bundles rnp-rs for OpenPGP armor encode/decode.

Documentation for Ruby has not been pulled yet. The site build runs scripts/fetch-sources.mjs to sparse-checkout github.com/confium/confium-ruby/docs/ into vendor/ruby/ at build time. If this message persists after a fresh build, the upstream repo may be unreachable.
